However, please note that the Terms and Conditions may be modified. In order to keep yourself updated, we request you to go through the same time and again. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless the change is governed by law.

1.1 At the time of registration, you will be required to fill in personal information such as name, billing/ shipping address, contact numbers, email address and other necessary information. The information provided by you needs to be correct, accurate and up to date in all respects. In case any information changes, you are required to make the neccessay changes by loging into our site immediately. A request is also made for an identity number. This is usually required for customs clearance purpose in certain countries. Kindly complete this so the parcel does not get held up at any stage in transit.

3.1 The Customer agrees that all transactions made using the account on our website are voluntarily made and are not obligated in any which way to do the same.

3.2  Once you have placed an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation email from us, stating all relevant details regarding your purchase, delivery address, price etc.

4.2 Prices are inclusive of Freight and Taxes as may be applicable. Any Local VAT however, is not included in the price and would need to be borne by the Customer.

4.4 If your credit card is in a currency other than USD, the credit card company will charge you as per the existing exchange rate applicable on the date the order and payment is processed.

5.4 Once your order is dispatched, we will send you details alongwith a tracking number and a link so you have easy access to track the order through all stages of delivery. At any time, you may also visit your account on the site and view the status of your order and balance if any.

In certain countries due to stringent import regulations and requirement of an import license for values exceeding a certain threshold, we reserve the right to request for further information from the purchaser such as identification documents etc as may be necessary for clearance. And should there be any impediment to safe delivery of the parcel such as trade imbargos, restriction or ban on import, we reserve the right to cancel an order in certain situations and refund the amount paid in full.

7.2. Goods are returnable within 10 days from receipt, in original condition with tags, labels and packaging intact, including accompanying documents, invoice and shipping papers. The cost of the item less duty and freight already borne in transit would be credited back to the customer's account. Freight cost for return would be payable by the Customer. The credit balance in the customer's account could be utilised for any future purchase online on the website for any product upto a period of 6 months. Upon lapse of this period the amount lying to the credit of the account would be forfeited.

7.3. On receipt of shipment, if there is a defect/ or any kind of damage in any of the products received, this must be informed to us within 48 hours of receipt and we would send a replacement piece and coordinate for return on the original. In this case we cannot refund and we will only send the exact same piece as a replacement at a date which would be communicated at the time of such acceptance. The return piece needs to be sent to us in the same original condition along with all the tags attached, packaging, bill and delivery slip.

Changes can be made on the website or to any of the products without advance notification. If the item/ product has been changed on which an order has been placed, we will follow the same that was there at the time you placed an order for that particular item/ product only.

It is prohibited to modify and re-use the content on our website by either publishing or transfer or sale or display in any manner whatsoever. This holds true for the full content of our website or even part of it. All designs are protected under the Design Act 2000. Reproduction in part or whole is prohibited. Fraudulent or obvious imitation would amount to infringement of registered Design.

We have the right to deny you permanent/ temporary access of our website, should we find that there is a need to take such action on any ground whatsoever. Our decision in this matter will be final and unquestionable.

The customer agrees that they will not violate or attempt in any way that will affect the security of the software/ installation or damage any part of the software or affect the working of our site.

If any conditions mentioned herein and/or in the privacy policy are breached, we will always be entilted to use our rights for breach of any one condition, even if any prior breach has been ignored and no action taken.

If one or more than one provision(s) of the terms and conditions mentioned herein shall be held by the jurisdiction to be void, the remaining provisions will be valid and shall not be negatively affected in any way.

This means that you indemnify or hold us harmless against all claims, losses and other damages only to the extent of those that are caused / or arisen out of your actions.

We cannot be held liable for delays arising from causes beyond our control such as a natural disaster, fire or cessation of work due to internal security issues (this is a representative list and not exhaustive).

17.1 If any dispute arises out of breach of contract by either you or us, in that case you agree to try and settle the dispute by mediation before proceeding with the legal system. Failing resolution, the Courts of New Delhi, India would have jurisdiction on all matters.

17.2  For pursuance of any claim against us, the Customer agrees that our liability is limited to a maximum of 150% of the value of the item(s) purchased in the contract which is the subject of the dispute.
